How much does beach yoga at the SandPearl Hotel cost?

$20, and it includes 3 hours of valet service. Must get parking ticket validated by hotel spa employee before or after class. 

What can I expect from my first class?

Radiate Yoga classes are guided, gentle,  and inclusive for all bodies, ages, and experience levels. 

Modifications are always offered, and it is also perfectly acceptable to just lie down and meditate on your mat, too!

What do I need to bring to class?

•  Yoga mat (if you do not have one, please email Alayssia and she will provide a clean mat for you to borrow.)

•  Water bottle

• Towel (to put underneath your yoga mat or practice on)

Instructor provides yoga blocks and other props for students to use during class

What if the weather is bad for outdoor yoga?

Please check with the hotel to see if the class will be canceled, email Alayssia directly, or follow the Radiate Yoga Instagram page for updates on days when the weather isn't ideal.
